How do I reset my password for first time log ins?
Please follow the instructions found in this video.
Do all of your products meet compliance standards?
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you have ordered are compliant by consulting the governing body of your state or league.
Do you have minimums?
We do not have a minimum order quantity. Decorated garments require a minimum order of 12 pcs.
If the 12 pc threshold is not met, the order will incur a $25 surcharge.
Where are you located?

Where can I find available colors and inventory for a style?
If you click on any item, it will take you to the product page. You can then see available colors, sizes, and inventory.
If you click on a color, the inventory is listed below.
Do you have sizing information?
To view product-specific specs, please click on the link provided on the product page under the “Specs” tab
How do I track my order?
Order tracking information is available via the automated shipping notification.
Can I view my order history on the website?
Yes, you can view your complete order history and more utilizing the Order History Portal link at the top of the page.
Are backorder replenishment dates accurate?
Yes, our backorder dates are accurate to the best of our ability.
How are back orders handled?
Our available LIVE inventory and ETAs for all incoming stock products can be found on our website 24/7. If information is missing or if you have a more urgent deadline, please contact our sales department at sales@game-apparel.com for updates and special arrangements.
Back orders may be accepted or declined at the time of order placement. If a backorder is accepted, your order will receive the allocated product from the next order fulfillment date. If you do not accept a backorder at the time of order placement, then there is no way to guarantee or allocate a product for your needs when inventory is replenished.
You can place your orders online, over the phone, or by email to orders@game-apparel.com. All orders will be shipped and backordered unless noted on your P.O. to ship complete.
Do you accept Rushes?
Yes we accept rushes. Rush fees will apply and can vary depending on complexity and time of year.
What are the lead times for custom products?
For production information, you must be logged in as a Dealer to view our production status.
How do I submit my Decoration order?
Please submit your decorated apparel order through email at orders@game-apparel.com.
Please be sure to attach all artwork and information regarding placement, size, colors, etc.
How do I submit my Custom order?
Please submit all custom-manufactured orders through our Online Order Form or email your P.O. to orders@game-apparel.com.
How do I submit my Blank stock order?
You can submit your blank stock order by checking out at www.game-apparel.com, www.gamesportswear.com , or www.gameworkwear.com, by emailing orders@game-apparel.com, or by calling us at 800-688-GAME.
Can I place an order if I don’t have a business?
In order to purchase directly, you would need a resale certificate. If you do not have a resale certificate but would still like to purchase our products, you can do so through a local vendor.
Please contact our Customer Service Center, and our team will help to pair you with a suitable GAME Apparel dealer from whom you can order.

How do I edit my account information?
All general account information can be modified from the dealer portal.
How do I unlock my account on the website?
Please click on the forgot password link on the login page and follow the simple instructions. If unable to complete the tasks, please contact us at info@game-apparel.com , and our in-house team will guide you through the process.
How can I reopen my account if it was closed due to inactivity?
Re-establishing an account is easy! Simply contact us at info@game-apparel.com , and our in-house team will guide you through the process.
Manufacturing
I want to design a jacket that is not displayed as an option. What do I do?
Our most popular styles are shown on the site. However, we’ve made 100’s of styles over the years. To order any styles not shown, please send your inquiry to sales@game-apparel.com or call 800-688-GAME (4263)
Our manufacturing facility can usually replicate any jacket. Please be sure to provide as much detail as possible in your inquiry so we can create your one-of-a-kind request.
How do I submit custom orders?
Please submit all custom-manufactured orders through our [Online Interactive Custom Order Form(hyperlink)] or email your P.O. to orders@game-apparel.com.
What is the lead time for my Varsity or Custom Manufactured Jacket?
We’re happy to say our production facility is the FASTEST in the industry. Most blank-manufactured jackets are completed within a 3-4 week window. Custom decorated garments usually require 5-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the decoration.
Please note that production times are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Peak season production times will increase as peak operations commence during the Holiday Season.
Can I track the flow of production once an order is submitted?
YES, you can now utilize our Order History Portal to track orders as they move through our production facility.
Can I make changes to orders once submitted?
Changes can be made to submitted orders as long as production has not commenced. Please call our customer service team to confirm at what stage of production your order is in.
Changes requested after production has commenced will incur additional fees.
Will I receive a confirmation for an order placed?
All orders, custom or stock, submitted to our in-house team receive an Order Status. This order status is emailed to you the moment the order is entered into our ERP system.
We encourage you to review it thoroughly and notify us if any information looks questionable.
When does a quote/submission become an order?
Your custom order submission only becomes a live order when you receive an Order Status confirming its entry into our ERP System. If you do not receive an order status within 24-48 hours of submission, please contact us immediately at orders@game-apparel.com so our in-house team can review the process.
Where can I put special order notes or shipping instructions?
All special notes and shipping instructions can be added during the order submission using our automated form or email. Be sure to be clear and concise with any and all instructions provided so there is no delay in order entry.
If there are any questions, our team will reach out to you as quickly as possible to resolve these issues.
Can we order “Custom Safety Apparel”?
Unfortunately, this is one area our US plant cannot handle; however, we have partnered with some amazing overseas partners that can handle Safety Apparel and other styles.
Minimums start at 300 pcs. If interested in custom-made safety apparel or any other import options, please send us an email at sales@game-apparel.com
What kind of manufacturing do we specialize in?
Our manufacturing facility takes pride in being able to manufacture just about any garment your heart desires. We provide you with ample samples of our “standard” templates, but we can also replicate jackets on demand.
Our specialties are Varsity Jackets, Nylon Bomber Jackets, and First Responder Job Shirts.
Do you do Talls/Shorts and tailoring?
Yes. As long as you provide us with the information at the order submission, we can handle any alteration to a custom-manufactured jacket.

Decoration
What are your guidelines for apparel decoration placement?
Please refer to the decoration order form to view viable application locations. If a location is not listed, please contact the sales team at sales@game-apparel.com for clarification.
Can I get a mock-up for a repeat order?
GAME keeps immaculate records of all applications for repeat orders.
While it is not standard practice for us, we can still submit an order mock-up for repeat jobs if requested at the time of ordering.
How can I get a pre-order Mock-up of a Decorated Order?
All new orders with new artwork go through an art markup process that normally takes 2-3 days. During the busy season, this process can be extended up to 4-5 days. Once the art is reviewed and approved, only then does it move into production.
How do I place a rush order?
Rush orders are handled by our customer service representatives. To place a rush order, contact them directly at 800-688-GAME.

How do I submit a decoration order?
All Custom and Decorated orders must be submitted in writing via your unique Dealer Login or emailed to orders@game-apparel.com.
Incomplete order forms or artwork not submitted within 5 business days via email after receiving your initial PO will be rejected.
Can I supply you with my own patches?
Absolutely. We understand how unique these patches are to you or your client and are happy to apply them to any jacket.

Do you have minimums on full decoration or patches?
While GAME does not have any specific minimums, any decorated jacket or loose patch order will incur a $25 surcharge for anything less than a 12 pc order.
Can I order chenille patches without placing a jacket order?
Yes. GAME is happy to provide you with a ONE-STOP-SHOP experience or simply manufacture 1 patch to complete your existing masterpiece.
Do you do contract work on non-GAME products?
Yes. Please contact our sales team at sales@game-apparel.com for more information about contract work and pricing.
What if I don’t have Vector, art, or embroidery files?
GAME offers digitizing services in-house. Please send all information to orders@game-apparel.com with a digitizing request, and our in-house team will quote the process.
Can I provide you with my existing embroidery files?
YES, GAME accepts existing embroidery files. DST or EMB files are preferred. Please be sure to submit your specific color needs, as DST files do not store color information.
What format do you need for the artwork?
GAME accepts artwork in the following formats: Electronic art files (EPS, AI, TIFF, and PDF) with a resolution of 300 DPI. High-resolution JPEGs are also accepted but will require additional fees to convert into acceptable vector art for a variety of applications.
What is the lead time for decorated garments?
Decorated Stock Product: 2-5 days proof process, plus 2-4 weeks production time.*
Decorated Custom Products: 2-5 days proof process, plus 5-6 weeks production time.*
Decoration and Custom Order Production times are estimates and will vary depending on various custom order and decoration specifications, such as type of embellishment, quantity of order, variety or combination of embellishments, complexity, and season.
What do you offer decoration on?
All products that GAME Apparel offers can be decorated. We specialize in embroidery, silk screening, chenille, twill, and heat transfer applications.
Pricing
Do you offer discounts on your decorations?
Decoration prices are determined based on the volume of business conducted with us over the course of a year. Detailed pricing information will be provided upon reaching the qualifying business volume threshold.
Are there upcharges for larger sizes?
Yes, GAME charges upcharges for larger sizes.
To view our full-price list, you will need to be registered as a dealer and be logged into our dealer portal.
How do I find out the price of an item for my business?
MSRP prices are displayed under all styles and products on our website. To see dealer-specific pricing, you must be logged into our customer portal for pricing to become visible.
Shipping
Who do I contact about shipping internationally?

Is there a handling fee?
Yes, any order has a handling fee of $3.95
How much is shipping?
There is no set amount for shipping. The cost of shipping depends completely on your order size.
What is included to determine my shipping cost?
Dimensional weight determines the shipping cost for your order.
How do I get free shipping?
Orders must have a full value of over $450 to receive free shipping via FedEx Ground Services.
What is the cutoff for same-day shipping?
Orders will typically ship the same day if they are received by 4:00 PM EST, pending factory acceptance and stock availability.
Credit & Billing
What is the terms policy?
NET 30 days for established accounts. All orders will be shipped subject to credit approval. A $35 service charge is assessed for all returned checks. Past Due invoices will be assessed an interest charge of 3% calculated and reflected on monthly statements. Credit Card payments will be accepted on terms accounts, and a 3% CC processing fee will apply.
Dealers without term status and new customers without established credit must provide a certified check or pre-pay via credit card.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I apply for terms?
GAME Apparel extends lines of credit to our customers. To get started, you will need to complete a Credit Application and return it to our Credit Department.

How do I pay my invoices?
The direct payment portal is found under the Order History Portal. From this portal, you will be able to see invoices, credits, and open items.

Samples
Do you offer samples to dealers?
This sample program is available exclusively to authorized wholesale dealers and distributors for product evaluation, showroom presentation, and sales support. It is not available to retail consumers or other end users.
GAME offers non-decorated samples at 50% off the full net price, limited to 10 units per wholesale dealer account each calendar year. A discounted sample is defined as one piece per unique style, color, and size combination. All samples purchased at the 50% discount are final sale and cannot be returned. Standard freight charges apply.
Sizing samples may be ordered at regular price and may qualify for GAME’s 30-day return policy, provided the merchandise is in resalable condition. A Return Authorization, or RA, is required before any merchandise is returned or credit is issued. Restocking fees and shipping and handling charges may apply.
GAME also offers customizable Sample Pack promotions for wholesale dealers who wish to sample multiple units within a style, color, or size range. Discounted freight may be available for qualifying Sample Packs.

Returns
When will I receive a credit for my return?
Once the return is received, processed, and restocked, a credit will be issued within 7 days. The length of time to receive your credit depends on the order size and credit amount.
Reimbursement for returned merchandise will be issued in the same form of payment or credit at GAME’s discretion. In addition, credit may be applied to any outstanding A/R and will not be issued to delinquent accounts.
How do I request a return authorization?
To begin the returns process, please send an email @ info@game-apparel.com to complete your request.
Contact Customer Service for a return authorization number within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to receive no restocking fee.
Return Authorizations will not be issued after 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Can a Decorated or Custom order be returned?
Custom Orders, decorated goods, closeout merchandise, and discounted sample orders cannot be returned for credit.
What is the return policy on Blank stock?
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly marked on the box of merchandise being returned.
Return claims made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise will receive no restocking fee.
Return claims made after 10 days of receipt of merchandise will receive a 20% restocking fee.
All returns are subject to $.50 bag replacement fee plus freight charges.
Returns must be shipped back to GAME within 30 days of the date the RA# was issued. Returns will not be accepted, and credit will not be issued for merchandise received after 30 days of the date the RA# was issued.
Health Department regulations stipulate that all merchandise returned for repair or credit must be cleaned or washed if it has been worn. A $25.00 surcharge per garment will be assessed should GAME have to have the garment cleaned.
Orders placed online and phone orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
Dealer & Consumer Platform
Are the companies related?
Bravest is a separate retail brand platform managed independently so GAME can remain fully dealer-focused.
How does this benefit dealers?
Bravest allows us to invest in brand marketing and digital demand generation, which increases demand for GAME products and supports dealer sales.
Will Bravest undercut dealer pricing?
No. Bravest sells at full MSRP only and does not offer dealer pricing or bulk discounts.
Is GAME selling direct to consumers?
No. GAME remains a dealer-focused platform. Bravest is a separate consumer retail brand designed to build awareness and demand.
Why is there a Buy Now button on the GAME site?
For non-logged-in visitors, Buy Now redirects to Bravest Workwear, our consumer retail platform. Dealer pricing and ordering remain protected within the GAME portal.
