Participation in the Department Wear Test Program is subject to approval by GAME Apparel and is intended for product evaluation purposes only. All garments provided are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in the case of verified defects, and must be used and cared for under normal conditions. Quantities may be limited and do not represent full department outfitting. Any decorated items require approved artwork and are final once produced.
By participating, departments agree to provide feedback and may be contacted by GAME Apparel or its authorized representatives for follow-up; submitted feedback or images may be used for marketing unless otherwise requested.
Participation does not guarantee future pricing, availability, or exclusivity, and GAME Apparel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
